Geraldton Yoga Studio offers yoga classes for every level of student. Our Studio focuses on the practice of Hatha yoga: classes consist of a combination of yoga practices including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation.
Hatha Yoga classes increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, balance hormones, cleanse and flush all the internal systems of the body, calm the mind and reduce stress. Our classes are non competitive and focus on safely progressing from easy to more challenging poses. Classes are suitable for all levels.
